The iconic Illuminations of Life ceremony and the Torch procession is the pinnacle of the Flames of Hope Weekend. This tribute honors breast cancer survivors and remembers those lost with a moving program witnessed by thousands as it unfolds in Providence, Rhode Island.
A story of hope, faith, strength, courage and determination is told through beautiful choreography and is punctuated by the lighting of the state house in pink.
Help us continue to provide the critical programs and services that our loved ones need by carrying the torch with us.
We are excited to welcome you to a new location for our beloved and heartfelt Torch Procession- 195 District Park located at 260 Dyre St. Providence, RI.
Due to Fire Marshal regulations, only torchbearers and their assigned escorts are allowed to participate in the torch procession. Any family members or friends who enter the torchbearer path during the procession will be removed by the production team. Family and friends who would like to watch the torch procession should wait along the riverside of 195 District Park.
The Flames of Hope Light represents a beacon in our hearts. A beacon that represents our loved ones that are actively in treatment, the survivors and thrivers, the Metavivors who continue their fight everyday and our friends and family that have sadly gone before us.
There is a $650 Minimum Fundraising
required to carry a torch.
The first 150 torchbearers that reach the
$650 fundraising goal will be a torchbearer.
