Welcome to the Collette Warriors!
I am so happy that you have decided to join the Collette team for the Gloria Gemma Annual Flames of Hope 5K Run/Walk in Providence, Rhode Island, on Sunday, October 1st at 10am to help us Raise Hope during the first day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! The Gloria Gemma Foundation provides free programs and support services to breast cancer patients, survivors, and their families, and is an organization that Collette has proudly supported for many years.
We will have both walkers and runners participating. If you have never run before, but are interested in trying a 5K, you can train to run a 5k in as little as 6 - 8 weeks!
The Collette Foundation is pleased to pay for the first 50 entrants and, if you choose to fundraise for the race, will also match up to $50 per person of raised funds for a total of $3500!
I can’t wait to have you be part of the “river of pink” that flows through downtown Providence on race day and thank you for inspiring hope, faith, strength, courage, and determination when the Collette Warriors come together as a community to help raise vital funds to support cancer patients in our community.
