i was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021, during the pandemic,at age 48, and when my son was just 4. after undergoing a double mastecomy and reconstruction in 2022 at mass general, I
was cancer
free, but my spirit and strength was tapped
Part
of my recovery at this point is community support and
mental health awareness of what this terrible disease can do to survivors, and family. I have kept pretty quiet about all
of this. I hope
to raise funds and be a torch bearer at the waterfires for breast cancer on sept 30
in providence. Please help me support Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation by making a contribution to my fundraiser and sharing this page with your family and friends.
