Welcome to my Fundraising page to raise funds for a great cause. If I am one of the 1st 150 people to raise $500, it will allow me to carry a torch on October 5th in the Flames of Hope ceremony. Last year I attended the Torch Ceremony for the first time and was touched by it in so many ways! My friend Kayla and I both said " Im carrying a torch next year" well its next year. I am fundraising to be one of the 1st 150 people to raise $500, and allow me to carry a torch. I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in April 2021 after feeling a lump on my right breast, I had aggressive chemotherapy, a double mastectomy in December 2021, 2 emergent surgeries to remove the expanders that my body rejected, radiation, my last Keytruda infusion on July 7, 2022, and a total Hysterectomy. I continue to follow up with many providers and deal with many side effects. October is special month for me for many reasons, but most importantly, I was diagnosed CANCER FREE by imaging on October 26th!
