🌸 Honoring Gloria, Celebrating Survivorship 🌸

In September 2020, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. This year, I am celebrating 5 years in remission by raising funds to carry a torch in the 2025 Flames of Hope: Illuminations of Life Torch Procession on Saturday, October,4, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Rhode Island State House.
Gloria Gemma, the inspiration behind the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation, was my mother-in-law Ann’s sister. I had the pleasure of knowing “Auntie Gloria” for over 25 years, and her legacy continues to shine through the Foundation’s incredible work. As many of you know, 1 in 8 women will face this diagnosis in her lifetime. Here in Rhode Island, the number is even higher—1 in 6. That’s why your donation to the Gloria Gemma Foundation is so important. Every dollar helps fund research and vital programs that support breast cancer patients, survivors, and their families.
I would be truly honored by your support—whether through a donation to my fundraiser or by joining me at this powerful event. Together, we can honor Gloria’s memory and continue to bring light, hope, and healing to so many. 💕
