Every October, the Gloria Gemma Foundation hosts the Flames of Hope: A Celebration of Life Weekend, featuring the breathtaking Illuminations of Life Ceremony—a powerful and emotional event where torchbearers light the way from the State House to the Providence River Basin, culminating in the largest WaterFire of the season. We’re raising funds to give more women the chance to take part in this incredible experience—as torchbearers in the Illuminations of Life Ceremony.
Carrying a torch is more than symbolic—it’s transformative. It’s standing in a circle of strength and hope, feeling empowered, seen, and supported. It’s a moment of healing that stays with you forever.
That’s why we are hosting this fundraiser--to not only fund our own torches but to extend this opportunity to other women who could benefit deeply from it.
90¢ of every dollar goes directly to the Foundation’s free programs and support services—providing hope, healing, and empowerment to those who need it most.
Together, we can help more women shine in the light of love and resilience.
